Salome 6.5 poor screen/image quality

Hi,

I have noted that salome 6.5 has poor screen/image quality compared to salome 6.4. I have attached a picture on the code aster forum.

I am on Ubuntu 10.04. I have tried binaries for Debian 5.0 Lenny 64bit and the salome meca packages. MED format 2.3.6 or 3.0.5 does not matter.

Does anybody have an idea how to trouble shoot or fix this problem?
