Hi

i have to compare results of Ansys with some open source software(i selected salome). my work is related to "weld deposition simulation" and at first i have to do only the thermal analysis. Plz help me and suggest me some reasonable opensource FEA software if its not possible for salome. and if its possible then what steps should i follow.......
