I'm trying to model a concrete block with a void on top with hexahedrons. Since the available algorithms only work when the volumen to discretize has 6 faces, I tried to divide the initial block in different blocks and then mesh them separately.
Then I need to fuse these meshes, but I don´t know how. Is there anyway to do this or which other ideas do you have to model this?

The best is to "fuse" the blocks in the Geometry module before beginning the mesh.
You can put all your blocks into a compound (New Entity > Build > Compound), then fuse the shared faces (Repair > Glue Faces), and finally create groups of edges to use for creating sub-meshes in the Mesh module (Operations > Blocks > Propagate). Of course these groups can be edited if you want a different distribution.
