    Hi,

    I try to export a mesh consisting only of triangles in raw format (points + triangles, ASCII, salome 3.2.2).
    When I use the export function of mesh module in .dat format I can't figure out the meaning of the written information. Pointlist and number of points are the same as displayed in the salome mesh info dialog. But the faces/ number of faces differ. Can someone help with explanation of the output ...

    Example xxx.dat file, created by salome 3.2.2, mesh had 5446 nodes, 10888 triangles:
