    Hello everybody,

In geom module, there is the BoundinxBox facility
which return xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax, zmin, zmax ...

I need a BoundingSphere facility and I would like to
know if this information is available in the cascade
    engine ... For instance :

    x, y, z, r = BoudingSphere(shape)

    Thanks,

                     E.A.

      Hello Erwan

Unfortunately such facility is not available in GEOM nor in CasCade.
Maybe taking a center and a half-diagonal of the bounding box fits your needs... A shape is not inscribed in such a sphere but the bounding box also gives no garantee to touch the shape with its sides in the case of complex surfaces.

      Best regards
      Edward

Yes, I use that for the moment but this sphere depends the way the
        shape is rotated ...
