    Hi,

    I'm using Salome for post-processing a groundwater model FE solver. For a scalar map it is possible to specify the number of color fringes or contour levels (64 by default, unless changed in the user preferences).
    But, is it possible to visualize the contour lines themseleves? and labels ?

      Hi

      I think you can get the vizualisation that you're looking for by displaying the Scalar Map and the Isosurfaces on the same field.

      In order to see the labels matching your isosurfaces, you can set the same number of labels and of isosurfaces. For instance:

      * Scalar Map:
      - Nb of labels: 20

      * IsoSurfaces:
      - In the IsoSurface tab: Number of surfaces: 20
      - In the "Scalar Bar" tab: Nb of labels: 20

      Be careful to vizualise the same component in order to have a significative representation (for instance, set "Component 2", for each Scalar Mode, in each Scalar Bar tab).
