Cylindrical Bcs on a group ?

Hi

I really found a great tutorial in CAEwiki to apply BCs on the model. I was wondering how could i apply the same boundary condition for a group of elements. As in the tutorial the BCs is applied on whole of the cylinder. Suppose i just want to apply on the edges of the cylinder. Could you please help me out because i am syphomore in Python code and not conversant with the syntaxes. Thank you
