object browser not visible in Aster Module

hi,

I ve installed SALOME-MECA 2009 on an existing PCLinuxOS-distro. After some time using it normalle, now when I switch to the Aster-module, the object browser disappears. No one of the Aster-module-specific commands (as Code-Aster-case - New, Code-Aster-Wizards and so on) does work. And, of course, objects cannot be selected because the brwoser is not visible. Restarting Salome or the computer doesn't help. How can I resolve this?

J'ai aussi le meme probleme, je n'arrive pas à selectionner de geométrie ni de maillage dans le module ASTER ?

avec Salome-Meca 2009 sur Ubuntu 9.10.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée ?
