What are the dimensions?

Hi, I am not sure what dimensions Salome uses. While drawing out my solid in the geometry module, I set a length that was 1, thinking that it's 1m. However when I exported the mesh to OpenFOAM to solve, I realized that even with a flow of 1m/s (which means that the fluid will reach the end of the mesh in 1sec), my fluid seems to cover the entire mesh in about 0.2 seconds. Is there some way I can find out what the dimensions are when I draw my geometry?
