converter of format

Hi everybody,

I'd like to use salome to mesh my geometry. The trouble is that I can only have the following format for my files (*.dwg, *.dwt, *.dxf)

I'd like to know if someone knows a free converter from one of those format to a format compatible with salome( *.brep, *.sat, *.iges, *step)

If someone has some tips, it would be very kind.

Try cadexchanger.com, it's a freeware, betatest version but it seems to convert IGES to SAT, BREP, STEP, and VRML. I'm still looking for a DXF, DWG converter too. There are some commercial packages out there that could do it, but at $395 US they're a little pricey for me.
