Salome from repositories in Ubuntu 11.04 Natty

Problem:       Can't save user preferences.

Debug info:  On start-up Salome reports that it cannot load user configuration file (.SalomeApprc) in my home drive.

noted:            There is no .SalomeApprc in my home drive, but reading the README from source files I think it should be generated.
