SALOME version 5.1.4 is released!

Dear SALOME users,

CEA/DEN, EDF R&D and OPEN CASCADE are pleased to announce SALOME version 5.1.4.
It is a public maintenance release that contains planned major and minor improvements plus bug fixes against SALOME version 5.1.3 released in December 2009.

Last release there were universal binaries. Will they be available this time also?

What is the progress on packaging this for ubunutu using the deb-packaging system?

Yes the universal binaries will be posted very soon (begin of july).

Concerning the deb-packaging, I know there is a salome package available on Debian Sid but we are not the packagers.

We do not plan to provide such package for now, sorry.
