Salome User Day 2011 : Call for presentation

 The SALOME development team would like to reconduct the experience held in 2010 and is now looking for presenters to share new, innovative use of the SALOME platform in an academic or industrial environment.

This is a unique opportunity to present genuine contribution of open source to the Computer Aided Engineering.

If you are interested in presenting your work, please contact us via the contact form and describe the topic you would like to talk about.

The subject of the presentation must necessarily involve SALOME. It can be a real case study demonstrating the use of SALOME in solving a complex CAE problem, a case study on coupling SALOME with a specific physical solver  or a presentation on best practices in Computer Aided Engineering.

 Duration of talk should not exceed 20 minutes

 Your submission should contain:

• Your Full Name
• Your Email Address
• A Short biography
• the Title of Presentation
• A detailed abstract or outline describing the presentation draft slides
• Your need (or not) for sponsorship or assistance to attend the meeting (travel and/or accommodation, etc)

Abstracts should be submitted via the SALOME contact form  before 31 August 2011.

Selecting readers

The Salome commitee composed of members from CEA , EDF and Euriware will select among the best presentations , with regard to the relevance to the theme of the conference ,and inform directly the selected readers two month prior to the conference date.
