Debian Sloamé 6.6, binary , directory bug

hi,

It look's like binary version has directory structure of

code generating machine and it can not be changed !!!!

At Ubuntu 12.4 it dose not compile from sources whit

installation wizard but binarues it can intall but as you see

directoryes has somthing wrong and you can not add

any modules.

If some one has made Ubuntu 12.4 LTS ( LONG TIME SUPPORT ) version binarye's
