Problem installing on OpenSUSE 11.4 64bits

Posted by Frédéric Lévesque at February 10. 2013

Hi!

I downloaded the Mandriva installation binaries and installed them. No problem except for two missing optional packages (libBLSurf.so and libcppunit-1.12.so.0).

I then source salome.sh and run the script runSalome, and here is what I get:

fred@linux-m5ky:/opt/salome_5_1_4/KERNEL_5.1.4> source salome.sh
fred@linux-m5ky:/opt/salome_5_1_4/KERNEL_5.1.4> cd bin/salome/
fred@linux-m5ky:/opt/salome_5_1_4/KERNEL_5.1.4/bin/salome> runSalome

Any idea on what might be the problem?

Thank you very much!

Oops, I forgot to mention that I installed version 5.1.4.

I get something similar with the universal 64 bits binaries:

fred@linux-m5ky:/opt/Salome_5.1.4_64bits_UniversalPackage> ./runSalome
