    I have this operating system: OpenSuSE 10.2. It's passible, install Salome into Open SuSE? How can i make it?

      I've successfully installed the Redhat 8.0 package (rpm) of Salome on Suse Linux 10.1. Try this one.

        I tried to install RH8 3.2.2 version on OpenSuSE 10.2 but I have problem on running it:

        gclaudio@linux2:~/salome_3.2.2/KERNEL_3.2.2/bin/salome> runSalome

            Saving of the dictionary of Salome processes in /home/gclaudio/gclaudio_linux-rolla2_2815_SALOME_pidict
            To kill SALOME processes from a console (kill all sessions from all ports):
              python killSalome.py
            To kill SALOME from the present interpreter, if it is not closed :
              killLocalPort()      --> kill this session
                                       (use CORBA port from args of runSalome)
              givenPortKill(port)  --> kill a specific session with given CORBA port
              killAllPorts()       --> kill all sessions

            runSalome, with --killall option, starts with killing
            the processes resulting from the previous execution.

        This error is shown also for version 3.2.1
