Publishing failed shapes from submesh

Is there a way to publish failed shapes after meshing a submesh in TUI, like its done in GUI mode?

Hello

There is mesh.GetFailedShapes() method.

    def GetFailedShapes(self, publish=False):
        """
        Return a list of sub-shapes meshing of which failed, grouped into GEOM groups by
        error of an algorithm

        Parameters:
                publish: if *True*, the returned groups will be published in the study

        Returns:
                a list of GEOM groups each named after a failed algorithm
        """

Best regards

Edward

Thankyou.

Should this also work for submeshes? I want failed faces individually for each of my submeshes.

It won't work for sub-meshes.

You can analyze output of Mesh.GetComputeErrors() to get what you need.
