Hello, 

I noticed that the node ordering for the 2D/surface triangle is following the right hand / counter-clock direction. However, the node ordering of 3D / quadratic tetra is on the opposite direction, as this page shows:

Is this sort of inconsistency?  What's the consideration behind this arrangement?

The connectivity convention is adopted from MED library.
