ROOT est un logiciel de traitement des donn\u00e9es scientifiques offrant un grand nombre de services dont certains sont pertinents pour les applications incertitudes : la visualisation de donn\u00e9es scientifiques multidimensionnelles, la gestion d&#8217;arbre de donn\u00e9es complexes de mani\u00e8re optimis\u00e9e, la pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;un interpr\u00e9teur C++, une traduction automatique des classes en Python\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uranie enrichit la plate-forme ROOT en la dotant de classes permettant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de plans d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences;<\/li><li>la construction de mod\u00e8le de substitution;<\/li><li>des proc\u00e9dures de modifications de jeux de donn\u00e9es pour la r\u00e9alisation des plans d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences &#8220;num\u00e9riques&#8221; sur un code de calcul;<\/li><li>des m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;analyse de sensibilit\u00e9s;<\/li><li>des visualisations sp\u00e9cifiques aux incertitudes;<\/li><li>des \u00e9tudes d&#8217;optimisation param\u00e9triques (mono et multicrit\u00e8res, avec et sans contraintes);<\/li><li>de proc\u00e9dures de calibration d\u00e9terministes et sous incertitudes (avec des connaissances <em>a priori<\/em> par des estimations<br>Bayesiennes par exemple);<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Uranie, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019interface, permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 plusieurs probl\u00e9matiques : l\u2019interface C++ native de ROOT est utile pour r\u00e9aliser des scripts pour des \u00e9tudes. L\u2019interface Python offre une alternative pour les gens plus familiers de cette syntaxe et fait le lien avec la plate-forme Salome. Enfin, l\u2019interface XML est utile pour interfacer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de propagation d\u2019incertitude ou d\u2019analyse de sensibilit\u00e9 dans un ensemble logiciel fortement int\u00e9gr\u00e9, dans lequel on simplifie au maximum le travail de l\u2019utilisateur. Toutes ces informations sont li\u00e9es par un mod\u00e8le qui peut \u00eatre une fonction, un code, un mod\u00e8le de substitution ou une combinaison des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/li><li><strong>Quantification des sources d&#8217;incertitude (B).<\/strong> Des lois de probabilit\u00e9 sont associ\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rentes entr\u00e9es et leurs<br>param\u00e8tres sont fix\u00e9s (moyenne, \u00e9cart-type\u2026). Plusieurs types de corr\u00e9lations peuvent aussi \u00eatre introduites pour<br>compl\u00e9ter la description du probl\u00e8me.<\/li><li><strong>Propagation des incertitudes (C).<\/strong> \u00c0 partir des \u00e9tapes A et B, les incertitudes sur les entr\u00e9es sont propag\u00e9es aux<br>quantit\u00e9s d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat, ce qui peut \u00eatre fait, par exemple par une approche Monte-Carlo, via des plans d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences.<\/li><li><strong>Quantification inverse des sources d&#8217;incertitude (B&#8217;).<\/strong> A partir des informations de l&#8217;\u00e9tape A et d&#8217;un jeu de donn\u00e9es<br>fourni, il est possible sous certaines hypoth\u00e8ses de calibrer des mod\u00e8les physiques et de mod\u00e9liser par des variables al\u00e9atoires leurs incertitudes \u00e9pist\u00e9miques.<\/li><li><strong>Analyse de sensibilit\u00e9 (C&#8217;).<\/strong> \u00c0 partir des \u00e9tapes A et B, ce type d&#8217;analyse permet de hi\u00e9rarchiser les variables<br>d&#8217;entr\u00e9e quant \u00e0 leur impact sur l&#8217;incertitude d&#8217;une quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat.
